My baby puppies are getting older!
Annie is 8 and Arial is 7.  Not that old.
But Arial is showing it more.  Sometimes limping and it takes awhile to shake the joints out in the morning or after a nap.
She used to jump up and run and bark at every little thing.
Now she stays lying down and barks from there.  Too much effort.
I know the feeling.
How did they get this old so fast??!!!!  I just got them.
Still have the puppy pictures . . . .

It is so sad when they get old. My old girl did the splits on the kitchen floor four days ago.. She has been whinning ever since.  Give her baby asprins for the pain.. wrapped in cheese slices.

I know that's what I hate about dogs, they don't live as long like horses.
Patty they have a liquid supplement, I can't remember what it's called but it has Yucca in it and glutclosea whatever crap, the same stuff that works for humans.    I bought it for a dog I used to have, she wasn't that old but started showing signs of discomfort as far as joints  etc. I poured one oz of that stuff on top of her food, with in a couple weeks she was so much better. It's just the stuff was about $70 for a 32oz bottle supposed to be a months supply, but I made it go a lot longer once she got it in her system.
The rescue shelter told me about it. They use it and buy it for more from a vet. I found it on line a little cheaper. Want me to find out what it was?

It's called Cortaflex Liquid! with Glucosamine / Chondroitin
flavered with Yucca
I also added more Fish oils and threw in a can of Salmon three times a week. It really made a big difference for her.
