The farrier is comming out this morning. I hope he will be nice to the kids. I was told I'm getting a deal @ 65.00
There's one more guy to try out that said he would do both for 40.00, but he won't be out this way for another 6 weeks.

He said he was going to be here around 10, The farrier I had before is retired now, I hope it goes good today.

It was 65.00 total with travel and taxes. I just hope it all goes well. A good farrier is like a good doctor.

Well, it's all done ....67.20 later.
I was VERY happy with how he worked with the horses
Coors was a bit squiggly, he just had to check out what the heck was going on back there...I had to warn him that Coors might try to steal his tools  He chuckled at the personality on the little bugger.
While he worked on Dixie he talked to her..." Okay, this one next sweetie".
He was so gentle with them, and that made me happy

Here is Coors...

..and this is Dixie...

The pics aren't the greatest, but it's hard to stop a hoof shot from being a nose shot around here  They like the camera
