Do you have a Lowe's store in your area? We have a new one in Rochester and i went there Febr. 24 and bought a new stove for the kitchen. They didn't have the one i picked first so i picked another one i liked that they had in stock. Their delivery loads were full until March 10th. That was fine with me. The 10th came and no one showed up

I called and they said Oops they only deliver in my area on Wednesdays. That was fine with me too as they would deliver it on the 12th. I called the 11th to be sure. Oops it wasn't even in the store and they would have it delivered to the store on the 13th. I had been patient with them but i was starting to get mad. I asked who they sold my stove to then since I was told they had one on 2/24 when i bought it. Hmmm no reply. So they said they would call me on the 13 in the evening to let me know that it was there

No call! Dang i was trying to be calm. Anyway they would deliver it on the 19th.....if it was in the store. Today i called them, got put on hold and then they said they would call me back.

They did 1/2 hour later. Ok so they say it is there and they will deliver between noon and 5 tomorrow. If not they can stick the stove where the sun don't shine.

Hey Betty I hope it is an electric stove the they are still sending you the
wrong amount on you bills..

You are right .. I would tell them
the same thing after the run around you are getting..

Isn't that a pain. We are constanly buying new appliances for the rental properties. It's not just Lowe's. It's Sears, HH Greg,Best Buy In fact Best Buy every appliance we've ever bought from them, had some kind of problem within the first few months.
Now here in TN we deal with a small family owned business and get great service. They even gave us the run down on which name brands to stay away from. Some of the new appliances like the Refridgerators with the freezer in the bottom, I really like those. Guess there are problems with them, can't remember but even though some appliances have a specific Name Brand on them, all are made by the same company. Made in other countries, not the quality they used to have, nothing but problems with them. Some Name brands used to have five year warranties and now reduced to one. Only one brand not having problems, but with all this crap I decided to keep what I have for now.

Betty know what you are going threw same thing happened to us when we bought our leather couchs and TV stand from th Brick here in Camrose, will never deal with them again.
