When we bought this pregnant goatie she was supposed to give birth anytime. It's been 2 monthes...I don't think those people were really keeping track of things. She was showing signs of labour two weeks ago, then nothing. She is not in discomfort...only caring about food. Everytime I see her, she is a different shape! Sometimes I just feel like giving her a squeeze!....lol.

ha ha a good squeeze might help it along. My girls didn't give birth when they were supposed to. I wrote it down, in fact both hubby and I were there helping them conceive but they were at least a month later then I thought they should have been. Even when they had them, I had no kind of prior notice. All they did was eat eat eat _________________ TooMiniAcres |

| I like goats, we always had them around. Maybe it's because my parents are from Switzerlandd to them being around...they were always part of the family. I am the first one born in Canada.....but it still rubbed off on me.lol |

The Alpine are pretty goats! I only owned two before, about 5 years ago.
A Nubian & Saanha whatever I can't remember how to spell it.
They were alway entertaining and funny. When I would come home with a trunk load of groceries they would grab some bags and take off running. All I had to do was say hey and they would carry them back and put them back in the trunk. They were killed buy some neighbor dogs and my own dog ... I think he was involved. Don't have him anymore. After that I just had to get some more. _________________ TooMiniAcres |
