DarnedSomething is eating my outside dogs eartips..Poor baby..all I could find on the puter was fleas..so I washed them good with "Holy water" and put antibiotic creme on ..gonna get her a new spot treatment..

We have a wee gnat that will do this. they seem to love ear-tips. What a shame when you see them all crusty and sore. I have had luck with an antibiotic cream as well.

Neosporin is good for those eartips, too. I've seen flies get on dogs' ears and make them all sore and scabby. Poor things. Keep the Neosporin gooped up pretty heavy on the sores and the bugs won't be able to get on them and chew.

Well almost had a heart attack..her ear is swollen for times the size..No more playing around..getting her IN in the morning..gave her some childrens benedryl..poor ol girly

Welllll..SAD..poor Penny has a hemathoma (sp?) we left her..she will be sedadted and gotto lance the ear..told them to check all her teeth too..pull what needs to be pulled..do her nails and up her shots..Old lady is 105 in human years..still going strong! Not looking forward to the bill..lancing be 240.00 alone
