I'm wanting to deworm the goaties, can I do the kids too? Is there a good kind? I was too little to remember what my parents did, and they said it was so long ago, they don't remember either.

Well I have all of mine on an herbal worming program, but I have used the chemical worming in the past. That website I mentioned also has this same info on it I think.
Most are Not approved for goats except Safe Guard, but it does not take care of ALL types of worms. So using Safe Guard some of the times, then I used Ivermectin injectable, it's meant for cattle. But I don't inject it I give it orally a little over some sweet feed and feed it to them. This gets the worms the other don't.

Also just in case you may not know. For types of shots I almost never give my girls IM ( in the muscles) Usually the reason they give shots in the muscle is to get into their system fast. But do to the way goats system works, high metabolism and not a huge amount of muscle mass they will do just as well with the under the skin ( Sub-Q)
There has been problems where given into the muscle shot have caused tissue damage, plus it causes them more pain when you don't have to.
