Soaked them in a pineapple Teriyake marinade, they were delicious. I need spring to get here pretty soon, the real spring.

Hey we were up in the 50's and we didn't get steak

Is there more to it and how long to (marinade? was that the word) lol
I only know one way, garlic, onion, salt & pepper pour olive oil on.
Hubby uses Cowboy Charcoal, it's the best

What is cowboy charcoal.. Dryed buffalo chips... Or
dry cow pies...

Cowboy is Charcolized Hardwood ... you cook over an open flame with it
It makes everything taste really good

Joyce it comes straight out of a bottle. Marinate for 30 minutes, i do it for a hour though. Made by Lawreys.
