Hubby & horse trailer

Made you think huh. Well hubby took me for a motorcycle ride tonight and then to the Dairy Queen, yummy. Our 1100 Shadow is a 1984 model, think that is right. First year they made them. Long story short they vapor lock on the gas we have nowdays. So about 5 miles from home it vapor locked. Always does when it is in the 90's. Battery is weak too. Got a ride home, hitched up the horse trailer and he had to ride in back and hold the bike up. LOL He said it didn't ride to bad back there. He sat on the bike though so that cushioned the ride.

He should have made a movie ..."Easy Rider Two..Glad youdidn't have to
walk those five miles in that heat....

Another great story to tell the grandkids someday, Betty!

LOL. Been there and done that. I was riding at night with a friend. Had nylons on. He dumped it in the ditch and i couldn't get out from under the exhaust pipe. It melted my nylons right into my leg. What a mess and nasty infection too! Back in my "party" days

It was very painful. Hard to learn a lesson the hard way.

That must have been some painful.. My worst dump was when
an old neibour called that her hubby, hadn't come in for lunch.
He was plowing a field and had recently had a leg removed.
I jump on my cycle and race down to find him. Went up a high
hill on an angle through tall hay going like stink.. Well the old fart had plowed a few ferrows in that tall grass. Must have
flipped twice before hitting the ground. The old guy was fine...I was black and blue..
