Actually Minigoatgirl is getting two bottle babies sometime after next Monday. Hubby is driving to Kansas to pick them up in my Lincoln Truck
LOL Well it's a truck when we use it to pick up farm babies. I will be bottle feeding in the cold months along with milking my two other girls since their babies should be here in January. What was I thinking? So much for planned parenthood. May have to bring them inside

OH I forgot Did I tell you we got Cows? Two heifers and three boys without balls, whatever those are called. Not yearlings or wethers lol This will be Hubbys project because I won't be able to look at those big brown eyes on the boys. The girls will be keepers.
I think they are Charolais sp? cross Black Angus. Not sure.

Whoa girl... he had better take his truck and trailer... going to need a load of hay to feed his cattle all winter.. a bale a day per head is going to add up..
And how are you going to feed them when he is away without looking at the steers..

Well it goes against my ( I don't eat my beef, only my neighbors ) but it will help feed these Five beast puppies we kept. They are all well over 100 lbs and still only 10 month old puppies. Hungry puppies!

STEERS? That's what they are called. I knew that
I think he will have to feed them before he leaves. I won't see them because they will be up in the far front pasture, still got stuff to graze on up there.
