Electric Bill update OH my. Well we called them again today. It was $9.32 Yikes. The last time it was an actually correct bill was April  OMG They must be stupid. LOL

Oh Betty.... you should ask them to send something in writing that says these bills are correct and you will not be charged back bills for what these bills should have been... and record your phone calls to them... when they finally figure this out... it should be their problem..not yours... You shouldn't have to beg them to take your money..and correct their mistakes...I mean enough is enough already... the fools...

Yeah probably should have recorded the calls. I have the dates we called and copies of the bills and the letters we have written. Hope that helps. Their phone number will be on the phone bill so maybe that will help if needed.
Yes i do hate begging them to take my money!

I think I know where those other charges of yours have been going, B .... onto MY electric bill. Geesh! It's going to be horrible when the weather turns cold over here!
