Size of panSince the weather out here is rain and cold can anyone tell me what size of pan was used for Christines baked cheese cake. I have three different size pans which the bottom and sides come apart.

Sorry You're already did better than me, I didn't have those pans. I just made it in a 9 x 9 square pan. It was really good anyway!

Me too. I used a cake pan and just kept the crust about 1 inch from the sides.

Well here is the pan I am using..and you gotto put the crust up on the sides..

Wow .... mine didn't look like that. Beautiful I may buy the right pan eventually.
Someone had posted a recipe for making tomatoe sause.. that was also very good. Thanks for that

Thanks this looks like the pans I have, a set of three 9"-10"-10 1/2" . Got them from my mother when she moved to an apartment a few years ago. Which size is best?

Well, I meassured mine..the bottom piece is 9.5...so 9 or 10 should be fine..prob would go with the 9inch

Thank-you my mom will be glad I finally am using the pans again. To bad she lives in Manitoba or I would send her a piece of cake.

Well..here is what you do..you make 2 cakes..leave ONE in the form and send her the whole thing!!
