Trooper..It was somewhat cool last night so he was wearing his banky..
Boy this morning he had it all wrapped around him..sideways and upside down..he stood there..whinnied at me..HELP!!  I set him free and gave him scratchies..happy to report all wounds are completly closed!
Wonder if he is going to get white hair patches on there..:(

Christine, I have always heard that blue roans get black spots wherever they have an injury that heals, so with his head already dark I bet you do not see any marks.
I have seen pretty blue roans with the little dark spots on their blue body coat from an injury so I think it is true.
But even if he gets white ones he will still be beautiful!

Thanks Susan..I wasn't aware he will get black patches..thats cool..my black stallion has some white patches I bet from injury somehow when he was younger..
