When do these guys come to eat? They are mooing for Momma, so I moo back. They run away.

Well C, can you describe that Cow Yell for Me?  I tried this:  Hello cow babies and waved them down.

Ok, got their attention. I moo they moo back Now what? 
If I walk towards them, they go the other way. I put the grain on the ground next to hay by the gate where I feed. They are staying far on the other side of the pond. Maybe I should put the feed by their hangout.

Well..make a yell..that means FEED..everytime you yell the same..they learn....SUUUUUUE-EEEEHHHHH...
Don't feed them on the ground..Bad for the wittle moooo tummys

Try "Come boss, come boss". That is what we use. Or name them If i call "Pepsi" she comes on the run.
Maybe they heard you were gonna feed them to the dogs and they decided to stay skinny.

OK Betty, I'll try Come Boss Come Boss then tomorrow. Today I waved them down as they ran past me. 
Well Im not feeding all of them to the dogs. I'm keeping the girls. I want to feed them and keep them happy while they are here. Just got to catch them first

I think I'd stick with come boss. Or "come Bossie" if you want to be gender correct.

This morning, I couldn't remember what you said Betty!! So I just yelled
Come Moooear! Come Mooooear and they mooooed back and came over
to eat.
I need names for my two Moo girls. Cow names. Then I'm going to get a collar or something so I can lead them. How can I milk them if I can't catch them

than yell sueeeehhh..the cows not gonna come..they say NO don't go..its for PIGS!
I think it don't matter what you yell..assoiate the noise with feed and they come!!
