anybody on here has a tin roof on their house? I think thats the way we gonna go..they keep like 30 years..and they not as noisy as they used to be. Gosh just ONE year I like to say we done now..always something..we did soo much to that house it ain't funny!

Two of our neibours have gone to the metal roofing. They have never complained about it.. Sure beats shingling. The pieces are much larger and take so little time to do. If it can stand up around here, it should be great for you.

I love them too. We wanted to do that last summer when we shingled our house but we shingled instead just due to the cost of labor. The shingles we did ourselves. Age was another factor for us. 30 years from now we won't be here LOL

Some homes look just beautiful with that metal roofing.

We have a Galvalume roof on Lady's shed, and there're two "light panels" in it so it's not so dark in there. Even when there's snow on it, it's light. Haven't figured out how to get pics onto my message, so here's the link to see the roof from inside.
