I am so happy. Hubby bought me a Labor Man! I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed, can't catch up or keep up anymore. Being Landlords, our maintenance is always the last to get done at home, if at all. So he hired this guy and I get to supervise and tell him what I need done on my " Honey Do " list. LOL Ok he's not so young and cute like I wanted but he'll do and he works. So I started with cleaning out the barn, completely empty everything. I think I am allergic to my barn, hay, critters. Wonder how long I can keep him? He actually showed up on a holiday weekend. The other Labor man never showed. He must not have been Labor Ready lol

I only paid $10 dollars an hour. But I paid cash to him, not his employer. The employer wanted something like $17 an hour then they deduct a bunch and give the worker $7. So me paying the worker, works for both of us. This guy carried all the roofing bundles up the ladder and place them evenly all over the roof by himself. I think they weigh 85lbs plus our roof is not an easy walker. And his company only paid him $7 for that Since he was such a good worker hubby asked him if he wanted better pay and bought him for me LOL _________________ TooMiniAcres |
