This looks interesting and less invasive i would think.

SLR ( section-ligation release) is a procedure where the testicles are not removed but a 2 inch cut is made each side of the scrotum and the 2 cords that carry the sperm are cut and sealed then the incision is sewed up. The testicle degenerate and the testosterone falls within 2 months.
